Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 September 2026
This policy describes personal information processed in connection with the Sitou Advertising website and our apps: Cleaner: Storage Cleaner, Translate App: AI Translator, and iReader — QR Code Reader. Processing varies with the app, its features, the services it uses, and your privacy choices.
1. Who is responsible?
The company responsible for the processing described in this policy is:
SITOU ADVERTISING SOCIEDAD LIMITADA UNIPERSONALCarrer Baixada del Molí 28 4-3
AD500 Andorra La Vella, Andorra
N.R.T: L-716069-V
Email: contact@sitouads.com
2. Our current approach
We do not currently keep our own separate database of app users or store copies of users' app content on our own servers. Third-party services can still process and retain information when they provide app functionality, subscriptions, diagnostics or advertising. Information processed on our behalf by a provider is still relevant to this policy.
If you contact us, we receive the details you send and your email address so that we can respond. Those communications are handled through the contact and email services described below.
Camera, microphone and photo-library permissions may be needed for the features you use. You can review or revoke permissions in your device settings. The fact that an app has device permission does not, by itself, establish whether content is transmitted to a provider.
3. App service providers and information they process
The following services are used across our app portfolio. A provider receives feature content where that feature uses its service; this list does not mean every provider receives every data category from every app.
OpenAI — ChatGPT API
For features powered by OpenAI, the service processes the inputs sent with a request and the generated results. Inputs can include text and, where supported and submitted by the feature, images or audio, including personal information contained in that content. Request and operational data may also be processed to provide the service and prevent abuse. OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default. Retention depends on the API feature and account settings; some abuse-monitoring logs are retained for up to 30 days by default, and some features retain application state longer.
RevenueCat
RevenueCat handles in-app subscriptions and purchase entitlements. It processes purchase history, transaction and receipt information, subscription status and app user identifiers to validate purchases, restore access and provide subscription reporting. Its documentation distinguishes these records from payment-card details, which it does not collect from app users. Contact information or advertising identifiers are additional data only when an app supplies them or enables the relevant integration.
Google Firebase
Firebase provides app infrastructure. The information processed depends on the Firebase products enabled in an app. Relevant categories can include installation identifiers, device and app information, IP addresses and technical records. Where Crashlytics is enabled, it processes crash reports and installation identifiers to diagnose faults. Where Analytics is enabled, it processes app interactions and usage information. Remote Config uses installation identifiers to deliver app configuration. Using Firebase does not automatically mean that photos, translations, audio or scan history are stored in a Firebase database.
ElevenLabs
For voice features delivered through ElevenLabs, the service processes the text or audio sent to it and the resulting output, together with relevant technical service information. This can include personal information contained in the submitted content. Processing, retention and any use for model improvement depend on the service, account configuration and applicable agreement. ElevenLabs distinguishes its public privacy policy from processing on behalf of business customers under a data-processing agreement. The use of its service does not, by itself, mean an app clones your voice.
Google AdMob
In apps that display AdMob ads, Google's advertising SDK may process IP addresses (including an approximate location inferred from them), device or app identifiers, advertising interactions, usage and performance information, and crash diagnostics. This supports ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and service operation. Personalisation and access to advertising identifiers depend on applicable requirements, the app configuration and your choices. Non-personalised advertising can still involve technical processing.
4. Website and contact form
The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry. Please include only the information needed to help with your request.
The form sends these details to FormSubmit, which forwards the message to contact@sitouads.com. FormSubmit states that submissions are kept in its archive for 30 days. The provider may use an anti-spam check, including Google's reCAPTCHA, during submission. Contact messages are also processed by the email services involved in delivering and receiving them.

The website uses Google Fonts to display its typefaces. Your browser contacts Google's font servers to download them, which involves transmitting your IP address and request information. The website itself does not include advertising or analytics scripts. Technical information may be processed by the hosting service to deliver and secure the site. Following an App Store or other external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
5. Purposes and legal bases
Information is processed to provide the functionality you request, manage purchases, respond to messages, maintain the services, detect technical issues and prevent abuse. Where a legal basis is required, providing a requested service or handling a related request may rely on performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one. Security and handling general enquiries may rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Legal obligations may require some records to be kept. Optional processing that requires consent must be based on that consent.
Permission to use a feature is not blanket permission for unrelated processing. This policy does not replace any consent required for advertising, tracking or other optional uses.
6. Retention, recipients and international transfers
Our current approach to app-content storage is described in section 2. Providers may retain service records according to the product used, account settings and applicable agreement. Retention by a provider can therefore continue after a feature request has completed. FormSubmit's stated submission-archive period is 30 days. Contact correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any related legal obligation or claim.
The services listed above and their infrastructure providers may process information outside Andorra or your country, including in the United States. The applicable protections depend on the provider, service and transfer. You can contact us for information about the recipients and safeguards relevant to your request. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Deleting an app does not necessarily delete purchase records, provider logs or correspondence. Contact us to request deletion of information associated with you, subject to applicable exceptions and our ability to identify the relevant records.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send privacy requests to contact@sitouads.com. Include the app and enough information to locate the relevant records. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You may also raise a complaint with the Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades (APDA) or another competent authority.
You can change camera, microphone and photo permissions in iOS Settings. Apple tracking choices can be managed under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where the app provides advertising privacy controls, use them to review your advertising choices. See Apple's tracking-permission guidance.
8. Information relating to children
If you are a parent or guardian and believe personal information relating to a child has been processed improperly through one of our apps, contact us with the app name and relevant details so the issue can be investigated. App Store age ratings describe content suitability and do not replace applicable privacy requirements.
9. Future changes
If we introduce account storage, saved content or new uses of personal information, we will update this policy to describe the data, purpose, recipients and retention before that new processing begins, and provide any additional notice or consent process required by law. A possible future feature does not mean that we currently collect or store that information. The date at the top identifies the current version.
